English Tassie

Hello non-Dutch speakers! 🇬🇧

We're very excited to tell you that we translated two of our most popular tours into English! The city center tour and the Jordaan tour. Many Dutchies do these tours, so they are not touristy at all. If you're the type of person that wants to discover the city as it really is, you're at the right place. Everything you need is inside our 'tassie', which is the Dutch word for the bag.

It contains a unique walking tour with many exciting stories, street art, history, hidden gems, riddles, questions to ask each other, and fun tasks to do along the way. You will go on an adventure at your own pace. Plus, you can decide what drinks you would like included!

Super leuk voor een dagje uit! De centrum tassie gedaan met collega’s en de oud west met mijn vriend. Leuke middagen en alhoewel ik al mijn hele leven in Amsterdam woon, toch veel nieuwe dingen geleerd en gebouwen bekeken waar ik normaal voorbij fiets of het bestaan ervan niet wist. Aanrader!

De verhalen en opdrachten waren erg interessant en verrassend. Ik ontdekte bijzondere gebouwen in Amsterdam waar ik normaal voorbij loop. Ik heb een mega leuk dagje gehad en heb mijn vriend Amsterdam goed kunnen laten zien! Als er nog een tassie met een andere route door Amsterdam in het Engels komt, ga ik deze zeker ook doen! En als tip: een tassie met een fietstocht door Amsterdam zou ook leuk zijn :)

What a great way to spend an afternoon on weekend! The tour taught us so much about the city we didn't even know, and we've lived here for over 4 years. Highly recommend! We can't wait till there are more!
